I have a hoist hanging over the engine bay of #197. I hope my results are the 
same.

If you should be installing your Alloy Front Engine Plate, I have a tip for 
you.  When you remove the timing chain pivot, you will notice it is swaged at 
the rear.

If you reinstall the pivot, in the Alloy Plate, the threads need to chased 
back to original size.

An alternative is to use a countersink style bolt from the backside, 
countersinking, prior to installation.
