Okay, this is the last one.
I have a brand new Stewart Warner oil temperature gauge, mechanical,
still in box but the box is beat up. The face of this gauge matches
the faces of the original gauges in the TR3-4 dash so if you want an
oil temp gauge but want to retain the stock look of the gauges on
your dash, this is the one to use. You will have to braze a bung in
the oil pan. I am going to put it on eBay but if anybody wants it for
$25 I'll sell it here first. email me if you want a picture.
I also keep stumbling over a pair of stock front hubs, with new
bearings in them, but they have 1/2" diameter wheel studs. The owner
replaced them with aluminum hubs. Only a racer would want these, I
think, because they take 1/2" nuts which I don't have. I don't know
what to ask for them, but $35 would pay for my trouble of packaging
and shipping.
I hope these messages didn't offend anyone -- I don't usually do it
but I wanted to give the FOTers first shot. I won't be doing this
again soon because all the rest of the stuff I have is REALLY junk.
