On a somewhat related side note, I pulled the head off a TR6 recently that came into the shop needing some work. Oddly enough, each and every head nut was installed upside down. I would assume that if whoever worked on it last just wasn't paying attention, some would be correct and some would be upside down, in a random pattern.
