[Fot] TR4 block & liner Measurments

Does anyone know what a block should measure from the top head surface 
to the shoulder where the liner sits? I am trying to determine if a 
block has been decked or not and don't have another block apart to 
measure.

Also what should a new liner measure from the top to the shoulder where 
it sits in the block?
