Awful news.  Met the Jack once at Hallet and was greatly impressed.  Had se=
veral very helpful phone conversations and did a number of pleasant busines=
s transactions with him. Extremely knowlegeble and a true gentleman.

Jack=2C along with Joe Alexander=2C are the heart and soul of FOT and our s=
mall group=2C along with his family and friends=2C have suffered a greiviou=
s loss.
