I wouldn't jump that far and assume RMVR will accept a car converted to
disc brakes. There are circumstances under which such a car may get on
track with RMVR, but not as a general rule. RMVR allows certain
exceptions to the 1967 & 1972 SCCA GCRs, but I do not believe they extend
to replacing drum brakes with disc brakes.
