The Spindles are typically done with the upgrade to GT6 calipers which is a
good idea (Rear drums as well). So if your sanctioning body allows it, I
would say go for it. But if you are keeping the same calipers, I don't
think you need worry about the stock spindles being too weak.

Just MHI,

Hey Friends,
How important is it to upgrade to the gt6 spindles? I have a friend
who twists the snot out of his 1300 spit autocrosding and he has stock
spit spindles. I plan on putting my spit on the track and was
wondering. I know it is an easy upgrade, but do I need yo do it right
away?
Thanks
Chris
