FoT,
Does anyone know what the conical(half) shaped piece of metal is that
is attached at the left (driver's side) mounting point for the
steering rack? It sits about 1/2" in front of the lower left front
corner of the engine block. Is it to prevent the engine from surging
forward under extreme de-acceleration?
