Its quite simple, If you see something you like in this mysterious wonderful
place, Ask him How Much it is?
If the price seems right... pull the Cash out of your pocket and buy it from
him.
If the price seems to high... offer him less, (the amount you are willing to
pay)
The fact that he is isolated should actually work in your favor. The
important thing to remember in this situation is that CASH TALKS.
