No SLICKS! I just got the answer on that for the Kastner Cup.
No surprise.
If you wish to run, please submit picture and specifications and Kas and I
will review, case by case.
We have done this with one other non-vintage car with good results.
We told the driver 'yes' for the Kastner Cup, and it was up to him to pass the
HSR TECH.
Submit you car to me, for Kastner Cup eligibility, and I will pass onto Henry
for the final word with HSR.
