I was sent a few links today, one that ties in nicely with the rear
suspension thread from the weekend.

I signed up for a free series of video lectures, Safe is Fast, from Bobby
Rahal. They just came out with some new ones, the first is basic chassis
setup and a second one on cockpit design and layout. They're by race
engineers and drivers, interesting insights and solid information.

One side fact I found interesting in the cockpit vid. For years at the
Rolex, I always saw a blue light from the cockpits of the Prototype cars. I
thought it was some kind pilot light, maybe fire system is armed, on the
rear firewall. It turns out it's a blacklight that's used to illuminate the
fluorescent tape switch labels on the dash at night and not ruin the
drivers night vision.
