VSCCA also has the driver's check list for the driver to certify. Also, to  
clarify my earlier statements about VSCCA requirements being minimal, I was 
 referring to the antique cars where safety equipment is left to the 
discretion  of the individual driver. VSCCA tech for all of the later cars is 
the 
same as in  other clubs.
