That is funny!

But I saw that at Road America that one of the marshals went quite close =
to the track to show you a flag.

Easy to get hurt if a car gets out of control (which I did).

I've been known to walk out to the edge of the track and put the black =
flag in the driver's face. Not recently, but I have done it. Completely =
frowned upon any more!

Right!

Furled BLACK flag means, "...you've done something wrong.  We have seen =
it.  Do not do it again!"

Waving BLACK flag means, "...you SOB!  You have done it again!  STOP =
IT!"

Usually the third time they actually throw the BLACK flag at you.
