It is well documented that it is more important to change the filter =
between race weekends. The oil's protective properties lesson over time, =
but are not so much as to need changing every weekend. So filter change =
every weekend, oil change every other. Easier to do these changes =
between weekends, as doing it on an hourly basis may prevent you from =
making a session. Use the hr meter to judge the frequency of refreshing =
combined with a good leakdown

you should all have hr meters on your cars....that is the foolproof way =
to be spot on when you need a refresh...estimating engine time by event =
dates is very inaccurate
