I just ordered one too!
They work fine but as with any clutch you need sufficient clamping pressure as 
well.
Forget about any modulation , it's pretty much an on/off switch.
They are usually thicker than stock so you'll have to shim the pressure plate 
to get the proper pressure & release point.

Anyone have any input on this clutch disc.  It would be going in a TR4A race 
car with a stock flywheel and a stock type throw out bearing (RHP?).  I believe 
my stock disc failed last weekend but hasn't had the transmission removed to 
confirm yet.
