All Bell helmets are now made in China. I=E2=80=99ve used an =
=E2=80=9CM=E2=80=9D series for the past 30 years. After contacting Bell =
last week and hearing they won=E2=80=99t be shipping the helmet I =
ordered back in November until mid to end of May I cancelled the $500 =
order. I=E2=80=99ll find an alternative, hopefully of equal quality.

I remember in the 70=E2=80=99s the leather aviator =

In 1970, we wore helmets at gymkhanas in the Twin Cities. Mine was a =
boat-racing-orange Bell 500TX with a 1968 Snell label.

Note wire wheels from 289 Cobra. A real one. Still have them.

Parts of this TR4A are on TR4 #97.
