We have the larger aluminum oil pan on the TR4. It takes 8 quarts to fill
on an oil change. The baffle has a flange on it that goes between the pan
and the block. So we have the pan, a gasket, the baffle flange, another
gasket and then the block. Sort or a pain to clean it all up on engine
rebuilds and reassemble it all, but it works.

Anyone running a larger capacity aluminum oil sump? Are you using any type
of baffling and if so, how did you attach it?
Thanks,
