Greetings

The last of the original Mille Miglias took place in 1957, however four AH
Sprite Mk1s were prepared for the model?s launch on 20 May 1958, a date that
coincided with the Monaco Grand Prix. Always with an eye for publicity DMH with
BMC PR arranged for the launch at the GP when there would be quite a few
motoring writers present.

Needless to say it was a smart move.
