Every once in a while at GRATTAN, going through the off camber Turn 3, it w=
ould grab and CLUNK like the whole rear end fell out. I thought it might h=
ave broken, but turns out that was well within its character.

The Comp. Dept for Triumph paid for the tooling for that diff "No Spin" whi=
ch later was called the Detroit locker. I remember well arguing with the pe=
ople on how units would every be ordered and a guarantee etc. I know one t=
hing though, at the end of the conversation and after a few weeks we had ma=
de a limited slip available for the Triumph racers.
Never be beaten by equipment.
