Thanks for the view Mark.  I believe the part needed is prior to a 1500.

I think that the driver has been able to come up with what is needed.

What, exactly, is a 'steering link'?  Though I have a couple Spitfire parts
cars in the yard I doubt I can get the exact piece removed and sent over a
thousand miles away in time for the event.
