The rubber spring mounts washers and their little metal caps suck toads. =
You want multi-turn spring washers or flat wave washers. You tighten =
them down a little and check the gap with feeler gauges. It=E2=80=99s =
hard to find weber mount kits that come with them these days. I =
accidentally bought the squishy rubber ones once and they died in a =
