Hello FOT,
If you're considering attending the Kastner Cup in Portland, SVRA is offering
"Hero Cards" for all the cars that enter before June 27th at Midnight (PST).
These are the business cards made for each car. Remember, SVRA is offering a
half price deal of $275 for Kastner entries, so if you can get there this will
be a fun weekend at a reasonable cost. The FOT fee is $50, half off last year.
Also, the Race Committee will provide a Kastner Cup tee shirt, poster, drivers
suit patch, car dash plaques, and social events each night. This is all
included with your registration! We also have really nice Peggy Kastner 1st in
Class award plaques to hand out. Thursday night will be the Celebration of
Life for Kas, and Friday Joe is planning a Hall of Fame reception. The group
photo this year will be on track, so that will be cool picture.
For the Hero Card, submit a quality photo with your SVRA entry or you can send
an image directly to "pam@ svra.com" and she will upload it. If all else
fails, mail a photo to Pam Shatraw at 1140 Cobblestone St. Salinas, CA 93905.
