problems with BJ8 doors

Hello everyone:
I need suggestions on options to get doors on a BJ8 to fit properly. The
passenger door is very difficult to shut, is hitting rear body (chipping) at
top left corner, you have to slam it to get it to shut, and the driver's
side has problems as well. Door shuts but body of door is not flush with
side of car. I am not a restorer by any means, but will pass your pointers
on to my mechanic.
