Hi Scott  here's my 2-cents-worth...don't do it if you intend to have a
tractable street driver.  AutoXing, high speed road, and racing are the
only reasons I would consider using a lightened flywheel...been there,
done that, didn't like it at all.  I had to rev up higher every time
from a stop sign, etc. and it just wasn't worth the hassle to me.

What about the flywheel? Should I have it lightened? Any luck there?

get noticable horsepower boost?

If you reduce flywheel weight is there a recomended machine shop? A
buddy with
a TR had his done locally. Not sure I trust these guys.

My teeth on flywheel look Ok and slight wear (more on one side I think
than
other) but I am sure this should be replaced at the same time, eh?
