BJ8. I bought a new grommet that goes on the tranny tunnel fro the speedo
cable to pass through about a year ago. I have attempted 2 ot 3 times to force
it over the speedo cable end (at the speedo) with no success. I've greased it
with gear oil and dish detergent. Am I not being forseful enough, or am I
going about it the wrong way? That is an awfully big hole for heat to come
through, so I like to get it closed. Any ideas?
