Hello Richard,
I have made BJ8 chassis frames from scratch, the folding of the chassis
rails and front and rear crossmembers is straight forward work for any good
metal fabricating shop, and far more cost effective for yourself. It really
is not the daunting task that "some" people would have you believe, just
take your time, and take plenty of measurements as you proceed.
I can also supply you with all the chassis dimensions that you will require
for the phase 2 BJ8 chassis frame.
