You'd then have to make an adapter to attach the box end of the wrench to a 
torque wrench.  Either weld on a 1/2" drive adapter or make an square to hex 
adapter that would slip into the box end.


I bought one of the original tools from Robb at British Tool several years ago. 
 His web site doesn't show them, but you might ask him if he has one for sale
