Hi Mel,

Yes - You can replace the single pedestal.

What hasn't been mentioned, to prevent stripping in the first place;

A major cause of the pedestal stripping is not having the pedestal hole 
& rocker shaft hole PERFECTLY aligned. The bolt catches on the side of 
the rocker arm hole & binds before the bolt is completely drawn down 
into place & the aluminum strips.

Install the feed pedestal first, very carefully align the feed hole with 
the rocker shaft hole & screw in  the banjo bolt. Then install the rest 
of the parts on the shaft. When the shaft assembly  is firmly bolted 
into place, remove the banjo bolt & attach the feed fitting.
