Doug and All,
I have installed Soft-Ride Poly bushings from Cape International throughout 
my suspension.  I
understand that these act like rubber bushings with the exception that the
lower link bushings have loose steel tubes which are lubricated with
molybdenum/graphite grease allowing the poly bushings to move independently 
of control arms and trunion so the pressure of twisting and compression 
isn't born by the poly like it is with the rubber bushings.  I haven't 
finished the car yet so I can't tell you how they perform but maybe someone 
on the list can elaborate on this and give first hand experience.
