Tom,
We're talking here about the earlier horns that were bigger diameter (see 
att'd picture) and have 6 screws around the perimeter rim that unfortunately 
go into tapped holes in the alloy bodies. These often corrode to the point 
where many can only be removed by careful drilling out the thread root 
diameter, then retapping. The other problem is the outer perimeter rim will 
crack away beside the screw holes.
If we could get the outer rim reproduced, almost all these horns could be 
saved and restored.
Any enterprising individuals out there?
I personally have a box of 9 horns that only need outer rims to finish them.
These horns were correct for all big Austin Healeys up to but NOT including 
the Mk2 3000 (tricarb) and I don't know how many of the XK Jaguars. That's a 
lot of cars.
