Well, the rear springs are off the old 66 BJ8 and most of the feed back from
the list regarding cutting the bolts off the front brackets with a "saws-all"
was correct. Tough job, but got it done.
Put some never seize on the bolts and hung the springs back on the front
brackets. Some advice, please, on the next steps ie. u-bolt the spring to the
axle OR attach spring to rear shackle next, etc. Naturally spring doesn't give
much so believe there is a secret hidden somewhere.
