Almost certain that this car belongs to a member of the Positive Earth
Drivers Club that meets monthly in Central Jersey (I'm a member but not too
active). I have seen the car but don't remember if at a meet or a meeting
(suffer from CRS). This is a very active club devoted to DRIVING the cars as
much as possible and, in keeping with one of the recent threads, they have
had Ice Cream runs during the summer months every couple of weeks for years.
