Hello Peter,

I have an unmolested (I think), BN2 head that measures 3.680" to 3.705",
depending on which corner is measured. Since the combustion chambers are
all the same depth, I assume that it is the rocker cover gasket  surface
thats out of parallel. The chambers all measure the same depth.
