My son had the header donen on his Neon and after a couple full throttle
passes on the drag strip, still hot to touch, but, you could feel the
pipes were cool enough that you wouldn't sizzle your flesh if you
touched them. (Not a scientific measurement, but hey when your young,
you just stick your hand in there and find out)
