Relay for Driving Lights

Listers,
I am preparing to install a pair of Lucas driving lights to my 100.  What 
size relay will I need to purchase at the local auto shop and does anyone have 
an 
electronic version wiring diagram for this?  I plan on running the wires from 
the lights, under the splash apron, along the bumper arms, into the engine 
compartment towards the fuse block. 

Any info will be helpful.
