 G'day John

In one word - DON'T.

Grease being grease does not flow back around the metal once it's
displaced.

Always use the heavier oil or steering lube from the likes of Penrite.

Subject: Experience with Grease in the Steering Box

Has anyone had long-term experience (say more than 7 to 10 years) using
chassis grease in their steering box? Any negative results?

How about any other thoughtful opinions on the effects of long-term use
of grease in the steering box?

John
