Almost<G>! A close look would show you that just the "collar" is sprung
inward, slit at 180 degrees, and only something like 10% of height of
entire nut and are STEEL!!

ABSOLUTLY!!!!
And if one or more "loosened" on it's own, means it WAS re-used!
I stock them just for that reason!!
