Bob,

I have had one for about ten years now (bought it from Sears) but it is
CLEARLY made by the SAME (Chinese) maker. The pic is not "similar", it is
IDENTICAL, except my handwheel knobs are black.

I have not stressed it, nor attempted any fine detail work, but it is been
VERY useful for general drilling - some in wood - especially where I wanted
to quickly drill many holes without needing to fight holding a hand drill at
90 degrees.

Being all cast iron, it is quite heavy and "solid" when screwed to my bench.

Besides, it's only $40!   :-)
