Ned and List

I hate to even throw this out there but due to the lack of business
(5 orders this month) and the exchange rate of our weak dollar to the
British pound. Which would mean another 30-35% rise in prices to
even make a little profit, I can no longer keep the doors open.

I am currently out of Steering Lube and will not be restocking. I do
have a lot of products on the shelf. Motor Oil both detergent and
Non-detergent, some gear box oil 40, Hypoid 80W/90, 85W/140, assorted
Racing 10 10ths etc. Also gone are Transoil 250 and 140. I do have
Transoil 90.

If you would let me know what you might be interested in and I have
it, I will sell at current prices. In Sept Penrite is hiking their
wholesale prices. So Moss is getting $17.00 for Steering Lube while
I sold at $10.95, some difference. Guess I should have sold for
more, but I was making 40-50% and didn't want to be greedy.

I will leave my web site up until I either sell out or am bought out
by a new distributor. There are plans for maybe an East Coast and
West Coast distributor. Penrite will announce any changes on their web
sites.

I want to give my thanks to all who supported this experiment in
capitalism. Sometimes it works sometimes not.

Jon
PS: Ned please do NOT pack the steering box with grease. Grease will
not flow back after it is wiped off the surfaces of the worm gear,
then soon its metal on metal. If there is no leaking 90W will work
as well as STP. Just as long as it keeps the surfaces covered. Also
a semi-fluid grease would work.
