Here in Australia we PAY AIRMAIL RATES for our mag. This I believe accounts for 
the difference in timing.
Just as an aside I purchased the Sebring '65 book, two actually and 10 weeks 
later still waiting for US ordinary mail rates to deliver the goods.
In 65 the last works 3000 RACE CAR ( built by Healeys ) and the first LeMans/ 
Sebring streamlined Sprite.
