    Hi Mike:  I just happen to have my BN2 engine apart.  My sump screws are
  1/4" BSF, 5/8" nominal length  with internal tooth captive washers.   BSF 
1/4" are 26
  TPI.  Try BRITISH TOOLS AND FASTENERS... www.britishfasteners.com.  The 
link below will get you to the screws
  you want.   $0.45 each.  Don't know whether they have the washers.
