Fuel drain pipes

A week or so ago someone mentioned the clips that hold the bottom ends 
of the pipes that drain each end of the inlet manifold. (item 36 on 
page 17 of the Moss catalog)
These don't look as if they'd be hard to fabricate. Could anyone send 
dimensions, a measured drawing or a picture?
Are they painted engine color?
