strange model heley

Glad the photos of this model were posted.  I saw one last summer at a 
church fair flea sale here in CT and paid 3.00 for it.   Mine is not in 
as good as shape as the one in the photos,the windshield is rusted 
instead of being silver.  No indication as to origin at all.   I also 
would like information  on age and source and  value.
