I sent a note to him and here is the reply:

"A person that knew big Healeys indicated to me that he believes it is a
BT7 with a BN7 tag. Whether it was retagged way back, or has some
body/chassis parts (firewall for example) off of a BN7, or was a factory
artifact, I wouldn't know."
