Try Steele Rubber Products; http://steelerubber.com

I think ordered the bumper you are seeking from them and it seemed
correct. For some reason I have a page marked in their 1999 catalog
and the part number is it near is 33-0507-62.

They have quite a few rubber bits that seemed perfect for healeys.
