Thanks Rich.  Yes, I do have the side pieces and fortunately they are in good 
shape.  I will contact a local rad shop.

Do you have the side pieces as well? These would be needed to maintain the 
correct mounting positions and overall dimensional integrity. They act as a 
sort of "frame" for the radiator assembly. Then a wider core with more courses 
than original can be adapted easily. Any good radiator shop can do this.
