Bob ... Your car is 40 to 50 years old , maybe some
weakness will show up when you put your car on four
jack  stands  in the space between rear fender and the
door , if the differance from top to bottom is VERY
obvious you could have a weak frame , so poke around
under the frame in the middle of the car for a soft
spot... what State has you car spent it's life   in
