Hi Robert,
The response was received on Friday 18 May 2007 and was from their technical
department.
The phone discussion I had on the subject with the technical department of
Ashland was on the previous day at which point I was assured that neither
the zinc content nor formulation had changed for several years.
I will post a copy on my blog.

Good info - thanks.

We should assume that their letter was recent, and
therefore valid for oils currently on store shelves?

Was their answer from the technical dept or the
marketing dept?  Could you post a copy maybe?
