Yeah. For some reason, I wanted to stay with the twin 6v. Why, I don't know.
Maybe it is because I get asked a lot of questions by onlookers at car shows
about the twin 6v which just leads to more questions about Healeys.

hopefully, you realize you can get one 12v 750+cca which is approximately
the same physical size as one of your 6v  for less than 50% of the total
cost.  i had to relieve one side of the battery pan.

OK I checked around and Interstate, according to their distributors, no
longer makes the 17HF battery. There is a distributor in North New Jersey
who does have several still in stock (less the two I bought today) and has
found another manufacturer.
