Greg -
Just because you are getting oil at the ends of the rocker does not mean
that some of them may not be getting any oil. I'd check each rocker arm for
oil (you can just flop it slightly to the side at the bottom of each cam
lobe cycle).
Things to check are:
1) Cam bearings
2) Dizzy shaft
3) Tachometer drive
Also maybe front pulley?
